Haven't worked on any sort of manipulations in quite awhile so enjoy. =]
Set everything up in general positions and fixed it with some Photoshop-post work. I realize the intensity of the "sharpen" might be too high, but trust me when I say, sharpening it to any lower degree would have killed the water effect. Stocks: Sxc.hu underwater stocky-  some clouds/grounded rocks-  Daily DeviationGiven 2008-03-15Twisted Freedom by ~Na-TuraL is surely one of the most impressive and original manipulations I've seen in a while.
